Tax Staff Accountants – Hybrid - $70k - $90k

You joined Public Accounting 2 years ago, with fire in your belly and raring to go.

24 months later, working 65 hour weeks, that fire is now a cold pit of ash. You’re officially burnt out.

Picture this, you’ve taken a job with this independent, Top 25 firm.

Over the last 12 months, you worked a MAX of 55 hours in the busy season, spent Fridays in the Summer topping up your tan because you’re off, and haven’t had road rage once because you could pick your hours to avoid rush hour!

It’s now November and you haven’t even looked to update your resume once because you have no intentions of moving, you’re not burnt out, you’re staying.

This firm is in growth mode, currently having to turn clients down not wanting to overload their staff.

As a Tax Accountant these are new positions in the team due to a restructure, shifting some work down from the Managers and Supervisors to offer development and opportunity to their accountants.

You'll like have 2-3 years of public accounting after completing your internship or Bachelors looking for a firm where you can grow.
